It seems your system isn't getting an IP via DHCP from your network, and without that info it can't identify the network, which is why Windows is saying "Unidentified network". Try rebooting your router and/or replacing the Ethernet cable. If that doesn't resolve the issue, can you try connecting another device to that cable and that same port
