My current router is a Linksys WRT160Nv3 Wireless N router hooked to a standard Comcast cable modem box. I have looked through its options and nothing sticks out to me as a VPN setup area. I have static IPs for two laptops hooked to our wireless network, one laptop is Windows Vista the other is Windows XP.
